Real-time wireless support, which is typically of a technical nature, is provided free of charge Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. All support is provided by our highly trained and experienced network services engineers and is conveniently available by phone at (781) 762-0200 or via email at [email protected].
On-Site Service: Network Support
Our talented, experienced radio frequency and network engineering professionals have all of the skills to expertly design cost-effective wireless LANs, which include radio frequency planning, antenna design, and wireless integration within the wired infrastructure. We also have highly experienced network service technicians to aid in moves, additions, and other changes within a network, such as antenna alignments and troubleshooting.
Network Maintenance
Terms of the contract are also broad and can include such maintenance options as regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, network maintenance visits, emergency service calls, and customer-specified response times.

Gold Warranty
For those businesses in which network operation and availability are critical, the gold warranty advanced replacement program keeps them covered with real-time customer support. Upon receiving an authorized RMA, ASCIO Wireless ensures a like-new product is immediately prepared and shipped for next-day delivery using express transportation services, such as UPS Next Day. All support calls must be received by 4:00 p.m. EST to ensure next-day delivery.
